YWCA Fitness

The YWCA is home to a well-equipped fitness center that we are proud to make available to the community at reasonable rates. A full-service location, we offer occasional fitness classes, independent personal trainers for an additional fee, and secure individual PIN-controlled access. Basketball gym is also included (when available).

YWCA Members receive exciting discounts on Fitness Memberships, classes, and other events, so don't forget to visit our Membership page to apply today.

With a "go at your own pace" format, this class is perfect for any fitness level or gender, and for ages 13 and up. Paul creates a fun, supportive, and positive atmosphere during each 45 minutes workout. Message or email to reserve a space. Saturdays at 9:00am
Cost: $8 per person
What to Bring: a separate pair of INDOOR shoes and comfortable workout clothes; everything else (equipment) is provided

Senior Exercise classes are available to all YWCA members at no cost! Class meets on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Fridays from 10:30am to 11:30am.
